Warranties and Returns with RadioWorks

At RadioWorks, we try to provide our customers with the best in Victoria, Vancouver Island, and British Columbia (BC).  This includes warranties that safeguard against defects in both materials and workmanship, and returns should you decide on another route.
Warranty and return information can be found below.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

General

RadioWorks warranties our labour from workmanship errors if identified within three (3) months from the date of delivery.  

Product warranties are based on manufacturer warranty periods, unless otherwise negotiated.

Returns may be permitted within one week, if the product is not customized or an earpiece, and, if the product is unused and in original packaging; a restocking fee may apply (ask for details).

At RadioWorks, we service your MOTOTRBO two-way radios. Our five-year service coverage provides two years of warranty, plus an additional three years of service. Our Essential Software package includes service and repairs to software and hardware. It also includes software updates so that you can be assured your two-way radios will continue operating at their optimal performance levels.
